From today, it is forbidden to play with more than one account on Esportal. As we wrote last week we have listened to your feedback, and will no longer tolerate users playing on multiple accounts. The goal is to avoid ruining the Matchmaking system by users playing at a lower ranks than they are actually on, thus resulting in a poor experience. Why are you introducing this now? If you feel that the account has been wrongfully flagged, contact us via a Support Ticket and we will look at it. I sent ticket but no answer. Farvel Smurfs! Smurfs er ikke tilladt på Esportal! Spil CS:GO Matchmaking på dansk med danske spillere, bedre servere, bedre oplevelse, gratis og nem oprettelse gennem Steam. Vi ses in-game!. Then our admins, moderators and overwatchers will work hard to do manual checks to make sure that we are only locking actual smurf accounts. In order to avoid a wrongful ban we ask those of you with several accounts to go into your settings and 1 choose which account is your main that you want to continue playing with, and 2 which accounts are smurf.
